Refund and Returns Policy

At Domplix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy outlines our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
You have the order confirmation or proof of purchase
The item is not a clearance or non-returnable item (see below)

📦 How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at returns@domplix.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
We’ll respond with instructions, including the return address and shipping method.
Pack the product securely and ship it back using the approved method.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges if your item is:

Defective or damaged upon arrival
Incorrect (wrong size, color, or model sent)

To process an exchange, contact us at support@domplix.com with a photo and description of the issue within 3 days of delivery.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, a full refund (minus shipping, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Products marked Final Sale or Clearance
Used, damaged, or missing items not caused by our error
Custom or special-order items
Items returned after 7 days

📦 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping.
If the return is due to personal choice (changed mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
